    At this time we have decided to not provide a phone number on our store front because it gave the impression we would be able to help our customers on a 24/7 basis which we cannot.

    Does that make sense to you? I am curious what your thoughts are on that.

  7. Better service!

    I placed an order back in September 2015 and I still haven't received it. It's been well over 7 months and still no scrubs! Are you guys waiting for the cotton to grow in order to make my scrubs?!

  8. uniform suggestions/requests to consider

    1. Fleece vests and jackets with logos (not the non-fleece fabric.
    2. White and black cotton and about 2% spandex shirts-short and 3/4 or long sleeve.
    3. Scrubs made of a cotton fabric with a little bit of stretch for comfort and ease in putting on.

  10. Get a functioning web site

    You know, a web site with measurements, pictures that rotate, enlarge and actually let a customer see what they are ordering- Mission linen your service is very poor.

  11. fix your pictures, allow to zoom, have more descriptions for your products, allow to filter between women's and mens.

    Your website is not user friendly. You should be able to zoom on the pictures, filter based on gender, have better descriptions, and also have a place to complete a return. I want to return pants that were way to long (could have been avoided with a filter, better pictures, and better descriptions). I filled out a form to return and they said thank you! How do I return an item? Your website could be so much better for end users.

  13. Reduce SH/Postage; Improve service

    Reduce SH/postage costs. Your costs are 2-4 times the average + your service is slow. We are paying a premium price for mediocre service and slow delivery. And then it comes stuffed in a plastic envelope--does it cost $11 to place 1 item in a plastic bag and ship-NO.
