  1. fix your pictures, allow to zoom, have more descriptions for your products, allow to filter between women's and mens.

    Your website is not user friendly. You should be able to zoom on the pictures, filter based on gender, have better descriptions, and also have a place to complete a return. I want to return pants that were way to long (could have been avoided with a filter, better pictures, and better descriptions). I filled out a form to return and they said thank you! How do I return an item? Your website could be so much better for end users.

    We are actively working to improve the pictures on our site. In fact the zoom idea has come up before.
    I’ll contact your dedicated customer service rep and make sure they help you out as soon as possible with your return.
