1. Better quality pants

   More resilient pants. The thighs burn out within 8 months of wear. For those of us blessed with thunder thighs. That or give us a better allotment to get more pants so they don't all wear through so fast.

9. Overcharged shipping cost

   How about free shipping from San Francisco to Richmond? this is the only company I know that charges $12 and up for orders and still takes 3-4 week to deliver.

15. Order Updates

    To help with the amount of uservoice tickets and calls we receive in regards to when orders will ship out or be ready, I believe it would be a good idea to input either in the order receipt email (or in a separate email) sent to employees, let them know if they order a jacket or vest with UCSF or UC Davis, that it will ship separately and has to be embroidered before shipping out. A very large percent of UV tickets and phone calls are in regards to orders that are with the embellisher because it shows it shipped (to the embellisher) but the employees call to ask about the order because they only see it shipped, they cant see its going to the embellisher first, and I feel there is a way we can help this situation.
