  2. Better selection of sample uniforms in HR

    Better exchange policy. MLK did not have sample items of Cherokee uniforms when I placed my order. HR had old edition of uniforms. I tried them on and ordered the new Cherokee uniforms based on the sizes I tried on from HR. Sizes where way off. Now stuck with 6 pieces of uniforms that do not fit and $0 allowance balance.

  5. Pictures of items from different views

    The site should show the models wearing the clothes in different views so that we can see the details of the product and get a better idea of how it look and fits.

  6. Order Updates

    To help with the amount of uservoice tickets and calls we receive in regards to when orders will ship out or be ready, I believe it would be a good idea to input either in the order receipt email (or in a separate email) sent to employees, let them know if they order a jacket or vest with UCSF or UC Davis, that it will ship separately and has to be embroidered before shipping out. A very large percent of UV tickets and phone calls are in regards to orders that are with the embellisher because it shows it shipped…

  11. Overcharged shipping cost

    How about free shipping from San Francisco to Richmond? this is the only company I know that charges $12 and up for orders and still takes 3-4 week to deliver.

  18. More views of the product

    I think having alternative views of the apparel would also help to give us a better visual of the item and what to expect. A lot of times, you can't tell if they have pockets or where they are until you read the description.
